Third-country nationals need a national visa when they are staying in Spain for more than 90 days (in any 180-day period) in order to work, study or establish residence. They also need a national visa when they are travelling to work for a period of less than 90 days

Photo Specifications:
Warning: We regret that we cannot accept photographs that do not meet the following requirements:
Provide a recent photograph of yourself (not more than 6 months old), which has not been previously used in the passport. The photograph must be in color and:
- Taken against white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
- It must be clear and show the face in focus.
- It must be printed on normal photographic quality paper
- The entire face must be visible, without smiling (without sunglasses, hats/caps or any other covering device, unless the applicant wears these for religious or ethnic reasons).
- It must be attached to the application
